GOOD lookin out

Here's a bit from Jeremy Scott. His theme was theft and money, and the makeup was created by Peter Philips and inspired by the animated movie The Incredibles. In French, that's Les Incredibles. Amazing.

NEW York packs it in

Whew! Not sure where to begin, but new york is a whirlwind. No sleep, little time for breakfast, a snack where you can get it and a quick dinner before you start editing.. Where does the time go? Nothing even sticks in your head! So far my favorite collection has been Carolina Herrera but only because I remember the hats. Beautiful fedoras with long feathers. Best hair belongs to Odile Gilbert at Rodarte (though her work at 3.1 Phillip Lim comes close) followed by Teddy Charles at Rag & Bone. To see pics go to the backstage section of style.com. If you want to see more, let me know. I'll do my best.

READY to wear

Welcome to New York Fashion week. An easy day to start off the week. Though the rain didn't help, some of what we saw today def added a little sunshine. Nods to the print of Erin Featherston, the subtle luxury of Jason Wu and the boys at Rag & Bone. Lets hope tomorrow keeps up the fun.
